"Multi-purpose" T2 wobbling-electrons at small angles in H2

<

This is a variant of the "multi-purpose" wobbling that instead of giving the same production angle for electrons to H2 and H4 gives a smaller angle to H2 and a larger to H4.

In the "standard multi-purpose" wobbling settings the protons are directed to point just in between H2 and H4 (before being bent in B3) . In this variant the the ratios of angles are 2:1 instead of 1:1. This implies an angle relative the axis of 2/3*11.2 =7.47 mr

	B1 angle=12.6/15.582*7.47=6.04 mr
	B2 angle=6.04+7.47=13.51
The B3 is set to bend +225 GeV secondaries at 0-production angle into H4
	B3 angle= 7.47 mr for 225  Gev and 7.47/2=3.73 mr for 450 GeV protons
The production angle of hadrons for other energies is
	Prod.angle=7.47*(225/p-1)*22./27.25 m
The production angle for electrons is
	Prod.angle= -7.47*22/27.25= -6.03 mr

Observe: In this solution H4 has to be positive (concerns only secondary hadrons) in order to deflect the protons to the right and dump them correctly in the TAX .
